We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

Due to the handmade/custom nature of some products, we only accept returns under certain conditions.

Returns may be accepted if:

* The item arrived damaged

* You received the wrong item

* The item has a major defect upon arrival

To request a return, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and provide:

* Your order number

* Clear photos/videos of the item and packaging

* A brief explanation of the issue

Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

* Customized or personalized items

* Change of mind

* Incorrect size/color selection made by the customer

* Minor color differences caused by screen/display settings

Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds may be issued through the original payment method.

Refunds are only provided for:

* Damaged items

* Defective products

* Incorrect items sent by us

* Orders that cannot be fulfilled

Please allow several business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

If the wrong or damaged item was received, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund depending on product availability.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was caused by our mistake (wrong or defective item sent).

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are shipped or processed. Once an order has been packed or shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.

Shipping Method

All local orders are shipped via [J&T Express Philippines](https://www.jtexpress.ph/) using standard shipping services.

All International Orders are shipped via LBC using standard shipping services to California and from California, we'll use USPS to your loving homes.

Estimated Delivery Time

* Metro Manila: 2–4 business days

* Provincial areas: 3–7 business days

International Orders

Dispatch is every 1st, 15th and 25th of the month.

10-15 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, holidays, and courier delays.

Shipping Rates

Philippines:

Shipping fees range from ₱75 – ₱150 depending on the destination and package size.

The final shipping cost will be calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

US:

$15 including tax (depends on the size of the package)

Packaging

We carefully package all orders to help ensure they arrive safely and in good condition.

Your order may be packed using:

* Bubble wrap

* Protective sleeves

* Boxes or padded mailers

* Waterproof packaging materials

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided when available.
