Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may vary during busy periods, holidays, or for custom-made items.

Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method.

We currently use J&T Standard Shipping for deliveries.

Estimated shipping rates may range from:

• ₱75 – ₱150 for local orders within the Philippines

Shipping costs may vary depending on package size and destination.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

• Metro Manila: 2–5 business days

• Provincial Areas: 4–10 business days

Please note that delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances are outside our control.

Tracking Orders

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided when available so you can monitor your package status.

Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. MonsterLifeSuxx is not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

We are not responsible for packages lost due to courier issues after shipment, but we will do our best to assist you in coordinating with the shipping provider.
