Refund & Cancellation Policy

At MonsterLifeSuxx, every order is made and prepared with care. Please read our refund and cancellation policy before purchasing.

Physical Products (Fridge Magnets & Keychains)​

Due to the handmade/custom nature of our products, all sales are generally final. However, refunds or replacements may be considered if:

• The item arrives damaged

• The wrong item was sent

• The product has a major defect

To request assistance, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and include clear photos of the issue.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

• Minor color differences caused by screen settings

• Normal handmade imperfections

Digital Products

All digital product purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable once delivered or downloaded.

Courses / Classes

Course or class bookings may be cancelled for a full refund only if cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled class.

​

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the class schedule are non-refundable.

If we need to cancel or reschedule a class, customers will be offered either:

• A full refund, or

• The option to reschedule to another available date
